Saskatchewan asks Ottawa for personnel, helicopters to fight wildfires

There were 55 wildfires burning in the province as of Thursday morning, according to the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA). Of those fires, four are contained, 15 are not contained, 18 are listed as ongoing assessment and 18 as protecting values.
